Gis a clue

I have a turkish product and in truth i dont know exactly what it is, i use it as a veggy type stock.

Its called Sebzeli Baharatli Cesni [c&s with a ch]

Maybe a veggy salt?

I use this product too and i've assumed the same as you..

Mind you the first time i used it i was over liberall with the product and my stir fry was waaaaaay too salty..so now i use it in replace of salt to give depth to most of my homemade soups, casseroles and some chicken dishes.

If you've used vegeta.... its the same thing. Its a condiment that can be used either on the table or in your cooking. Poles love this sort of thing.

Yeah, it was the other post on MSG that got me thinking,


DOH! just looked on the ingredients----MSG in there with dried veggies and salt

Still gonna use it though.
