Fry Light Spray

Hi, does anybody know if you can buy 'Fry Light Spray' here in Turkey or something similar? If so where?
Thanks in advance.

I take it over to Turkey with me and leave it there, if you want I will be over in April and can bring you some. I am at Tuzla, not far from Bodrum.

Aww thank you Donna that is so kind of you to offer...My Mum is coming out around then, so I will get her to pick me up a few bottles, but thank you all the same...If I do get stuck I may take you up on your offer though. Thanks again.
I was also kinda hoping I may be able to get it somewhere here, but if not I will just get my cupboards well stocked with it when people come to visit.

Re: Fry Light Spray

Aout 2 years ago they were advertising it on TV (Turkish equivalent) I searched but never actually found it anywhere. I have never seen it since so perhaps it had no appeal over here.

Re: Fry Light Spray

I stopped using it in the UK when my Aunt got me a oil mister from Ikea - I just used to put Olive Oil in that and squirt the pan when I wanted it - it literally dispenses a mist - just enough to stop it sticking but not enough to contain any serious calories. Not sure if they still do them but was a fantastic present.

Re: Fry Light Spray

People aren't very diet savvy here. I looked for some in Waitrose last time I was home but couldn't even find it there. You'll find a similar effect if you smear a very thin layer of cooking oil on your pan with a piece of kitchen paper towel.

That is what I use as well, I think mine was from Lakeland. I hated the way Frylight seemed to turn all my bakeware brown

My favourite shop I have many kitchen gadgets and cloths from there, I have the Pump n Spray and the Acrylic oil drizzlers, I do my own infusions, a favourite one being dried chillies in Extra Virgin Olive Oil, just gives food a kick esp when I do stir fry vegetables.

Refillable Pump ’n’ Spray in basters & misters at the home of creative kitchenware, Lakeland
