yufka or milfoy?

hi there, i was wondering if i can use yufka or milfoy to make chicken pie? i have seen milfoy in Kipa, but it seems only small slices are sold. the pie recipe i have calls for puff pastry, and i am unsure which is suitable...

Thanks for your help!

Re: yufka or milfoy?

milfoy is puff pastry, just join them together with an egg wash, makes a tasty pie crust, I make pasties out of the milfoy, yummy

Re: yufka or milfoy?

punch the small peices of milfoy together after they are soft enough, to bring them to the size of your liking
