Dreamliner

Has anyone flown on a Dreamliner?

Becoming a bit of a obsession/top of my bucket list to have a flight on one of these.

Look amazing and seem to be becoming used by more and more airlines

Re: Dreamliner

Not been on it YET. Booked on it to go from Manchester to Goa for a month in January. Hate, hate, hate long flights, Turkey usually as far as I want to fly. Even scrimped and upgraded to Premium. Not looking forward to the flight, but at least I'll be comfortable!

Re: Dreamliner

I was on it a few years ago,Edinburgh to Doha,Qatar airways.Nothing special,I was a bit concerned about water dripping from an overhead luggage compartment on the return but no problem, they said it was condensation, this was at Doha taxiing.I prefer the Airbus 380,now on the Dubai/Perth run,be doing it shortly. They have had the 380 on the London/Dubai run for over 7 years now.

Re: Dreamliner

I fancy doing both the A380 and the Dreamliner, many of the A380's have a bar, not sure about the Dreamliners, I would love to go to the pub at 40,000 feet, I could text Linsey and make an excuse for being late back.
Definitely on my bucket list

Re: Dreamliner

We did the Dreamliner LGW to Panjim Goa , Christmas before last. At the front of the plane it was magic , the main benefit was stacks of space , and high level oxygenation , absolutely as fresh as a morning daisy , first time ever i felt that good on a plane,

good luck

Re: Dreamliner

Iíve flown Dreamliner from Birmingham to the Caribbean several times and will be out again in January. I donít look forward to long-haul but this aircraft certainly eases the stress with its spacious cabin comfortable seating and ample leg room. Some nice touches too with the wrap around head rests that stop you flopping from side to side when youíre trying to sleep plus plenty of personal-screen film audio and gaming channels to keep the family amused.
