Got to say a well done Jet2. They told us our flights would be cancelled 2 weeks ago and they would refund our money, and the refund is in our account today. Had to wait 6 weeks for Easyjet refund and well Ryanair, who knows how lo g it will be but 10/10 for Jet2

My wife had 2 holidays booked via Jet2 at the start of the lockdown, both were cancelled and payment in her bank account within the week.

We stand to learn a lot during this crisis, let's hope that people remember and book accordingly afterwards, and not just go for cheap.

We've just done this B. Booked our Jet2 flights today for 19th June, (yes we will be self isolating for 14 days) coming back the end of July, knowing if it's cancelled we'll get a refund easily. We tried using our Pegasus open ticket and didn't get anywhere with that, the system wouldn't allow us to do anything so requested a refund.
Good to hear Jet2 are on the ball and customers are getting their money back. xx
