Pets

I HAVE READ THAT EACH PERSON WHO BECOMES A RESIDENT IS ALLOWED TO BRING ONE ANIMAL INTO THE COUNTRY. DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY EXPERIENCE OF THIS. MY HUSBAND AND I HAVE THREE DOGS. WHAT A DECISION IF ITS TRUE!

Re: Pets

Someone can bring a pet for you. If you have a family member who could come with you then this will solve your problem.

Re: Pets

Thanks for that. Can they bring them in under the normal 3 month tourist visa?

Re: Pets

Yes they can.
You should contact Defra for all up to date advice regarding exporting pets from the UK to Turkey..............and please remember Turkey is not part of the EU,so should you decide to leave Turkey, your pets will be subject to quarantine laws inorder to return to UK
Good luck
