Thumbs up Re: gumsan problems

Hello there Stuart & Dolphin,

All though I can not offer you any advice or guidence with your matter. But I wish you good luck. I can say though, how little this forum seems to be working. You may or may not have read of my problems with Nokta and my apartment, also at Gumsan. But dispite over 400 visits, no one has given me any ideas or offered any assistance.

And I see that you have also experienced the apathy that exists here, you ve had one reply in 3 months. This is nothing short of shocking!! But I bet that should you and the other motivated people around, succeed in making a difference, the muppets that sit back and do sweet FA, will also benifit

Ah well, I ll stick to discusing where to buy the best cup of English tea or whats going on in Eastenders.....or other such no brainers. As it seems that no one is interested or willing to help.

Is this really the intellect level of expats in Turkey?

Okay fella good luck in making the changes that all will enjoy.

Cheers,
TP

Hi Turkish Plight

I am sorry that you feel this way and that you feel you have been ignored and not offered any advice. I can not offer any as I dont know your area at all. The members on here are usually very good at helping each other and I myself have had some excellent advice and have read plenty of great advice for others. Maybe it just slipped through the net and these posts will bring it back to everyones attention. I truly believe that if there is someone who can help you they will. Good luck.

Turkish Plight
I see that like me you are a new member. To date you have made 4 posts and been rude to forum users in two of them!!!
I recently asked someone for advice and he didn't have any to give.

It didn't make him a muppet with a low I.Q.

The forum is made up of members from all over Turkey and UK, as well as other places around the world, they offer help and advice about what they know and sometimes even when they don't know

The reason you have not had many replies is because others are not in a position to give advice on this, or sometimes the post does not get read by the the right member with the information.

This is a FREE forum where members help each other.

TP, I will give you some advice - go and pay a solicitor and I'm sure he/she will be able to help you out with your problem, may charge you £100 an hour! I can only speak for myself here, I read your post, didn't know the answer/solution so didn't reply. As Mushtaq has pointed out this is a free forum and when the members can help each other out they do.

Stuarty I hope you have found a solution to your problem, I think Gumsan have a forum solely for Gumsan, maybe you would get more response from that forum.

Re: gumsan problems

TP if you took the time to search on this forum for problems relating to Nokta or Estatemar you'll find plenty of advice and problems common to a lot of buyers of their properties.Members on this forum are always willing to help and offer good advice and share their experiences with other members. As for Nokta its not looking good for any buyer who hasn't got their tapu yet I met a couple last week who are trying with their solicitor on monday to obtain their tapu on their property bought over 2 years ago with Nokta. If I hear any update I'll post it.

I, for one, have no knowledge of your problem, but with an attitude like yours if I did I would certainly not give you any help.

You will find that if you ask questions in a proper manner, people on this forum are willing to help. With your attitude you will get nowhere.
