Coeliac bread- bakers

Are there any bakers in Altinkum that coeliacs have asked to bake gread/.rolls/buns by supplying gluten free flour/Thanks if you can help.

I do not have the answer to your question, but I am sure if you were to ask in one of the bakers, they would tell you. There must be Turkish residence with this food intolerence. Sorry I can't be more helpful.

i see in migros, 2 weeks ago, they were selling bread makers, you could try finding out which flour you need to use in turkish and bake your own, i bake my own bread, (not coeliac bread) and ive never brought a supermarket loaf since. cant beat the smell of fresh bread.

i have bread machine 'coeliac recipes' if you need them.

I noticed that there is a pack for the bread maker for coeliac bread - I think it was in Kipa.

PS. In Kipa today noticed this flour at 5.25TL per pack, but just flour, not breadmaker pack.
