I am not confusing anything NHS is paid out of public funds ie not free. As I mentioned before the only people who get it free are people who have never contributed

People confuse paying tax with income tax , which is only a quarter of the direct tax take. There are folk in this country who have never worked a day in their life to pay tax upon.

Then however they may spend huge sums which attract direct taxation at very high levels , in some cases they may paytaxes at a level us base rate payers cannot conceive.

Is there any one of ordinary status who does not pay tax... of course not.

Think harder , it is not all as black and white as the hedge fund and bank owned media continually bray at us.
