Parrots vol 2

I bought myself a pair of Senegal parrots just before christmas. I didn't expect them to settle in as quickly as they have. The hen laid 3 eggs which have all hatched this week
I put a couple of vids on you tube, including one of the cock bird feeding the young which I think is very rare!!!

Good link No2 Peter but No1 there's not much to see, it seems too light.

How much would a chick cost, or what would you sell one for once it's weened.

Well they will be pink at the moment Shirl. They dont start to feather for a couple of weeks. When they do they'll be green, with a charcoal head, and an orange, and yellow chest & underbelly. The eyes are blind just yet too.

Hi Pete
Just had a look at your site and the pictures to which Sue,s comment was AAAAAAAHHHHHHH!!
A lot of work has gone into your site and, whilst neither of us are into parrots or pets, it is a credit to you and Denise what you have set up and organised.

Thanks Peter, yes its nice coming home fom work and checking on them. Their begging sound is getting stronger every day. I'm planning to put a new video on You tube every week or so, that way their progress and growth will be easy to see.
