It's so beautiful and so perfect that really I do not want to rent it out but that was not the game plan.(Must keep telling myself that).
The views and location are wonderful, and I would be interested in long or short term lets.
The house has a web site but I am currently struggling with some links so if you are interested and the link does not work, please contact me.
If you can also let me know where I can advertise at reasonable cost, preferably a % of the rental rather than paying to advertise and then getting nothing to show for the outlay, that would be excellent.
Advice on rental charges would be appreciated too, I want to pitch it just right.
