Villa for rent in the gorgeous Gumusluk town on Bodrum Peninsula, it consists of one double bedroom , one sıngle bedroom.and 2 bathrooms which makes available for 6 people to accommodate. The Villa has a bbq and garden furniture, washing machine, oven, air condition,Satellite TV, Solar Energy System, bedding and towels are included.The view from the balcony is fantastic,
It is only 2 minutes walk from the beach and riverside restaurants ,
Bodrum Milas international airport 60 minutes by car. Bodrum town 25 minutes by car/dolmus
The Villa is to let all year round, subject to availability from £ 850 to £ 1050 monthly.

Looks a nice place ..
tell me can a small boat be moored at the close by beach area ?
And does that price include all electric bills water sky tv etc etc ?
And finally if i was to say want it for 1 year are up for a big negotiation ?
Oh and finally how far from Dalamn airport is it ? |
