I have a Turkish friend who is the son of a very respectable business man (builder) in Akbuk. The son is looking for an unfurnished villa or apartment, min 2 bedrooms, to rent long term in Didim. He can be well trusted to treat the property with respect and pay the bills.

Must be Turkish prices.

Hi, I was offered a new 3 bed,very spacious, unfrnished apartment not too long ago in Didim at a very reasonable rate; it's in a complex with good security and pool. I later found something smaller and fully frnished which suited my needs better. I'm not sure if the apartment has been taken but no harm in trying; if you interested PM me and I can give you the contact details of the guy who owns the property.
