We have just had our beautiful villa refurbished and now want to offer it for rent as a holiday let. It is on a lovely sitesi just up from the Marina in Kusadasi. The site is very well looked after and has a lovely pool. If anyone is interested in renting or knows of anyone who may be looking for a holiday let then please PM me.

The villa briefly comprises: 4 bed, 3 bath, 2 with ensuite. Master bedroom has jacuzzi/spa bath. fully furnished with TV, DVD, satelite and everything you would expect for a home from home and it comfortably sleeps 8 people. Stunning panoramic views of the harbour, Marina and Pigeon Island and on a good day you can just see Samos.

Nearest airport is Izmir about 60 mins away or Bodrum about 90 mins away. We do know someone who does transfers.

I suppose rather than advertising it to death on the forum Gail has offered to respond to a PM presumably then with prices and photos so she gets people who are genuinely interested.

Good point. We are waiting for some good pics to be emailed to us and have not had time to sit down and do a write up on the villa. As soon as I get anymore details I will post on here. I was just posting on here to see if it produced any interest but will get the pics etc. as soon as. In the meantime anyone who is interested can PM me.
