Long term rental required
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
HI
WE are looking for a very long term rental in Altinkum from January 2008. WE are making this request early so we can see what level of offers there might be.
Any kind of accommodation would be considered, furnished or unfurnished. A complex with pool would be a great advantage.
We are a middle aged couple and are very responsible and would look after any property as we would our own.
Now for the tumble weed moment... We've got a dog, she's very well behaved and is a cracking guard dog.
We would be willing to pay a decent bond plus a years rent in advance if need be.
So if someone out there has a property that they are not using and just sitting on it for an investment please consider us.
We will be in Altinkum in September for 2 weeks so we could view any potential rentals.
Kind regards
Sharon and Eric
ps when i say long term imean 3 to 5years.

If you could now contact me on 01709 719879 or 07931582504 I will call you staight back. Or you can try my email as i seem to be able to recieve them, and you give me your phone number.

Hi Cyd
Sharon here, i have sent you several pm's but when i have tracked them they are all showing unread. I think the problem is at my end as i have stated in an earlier post, so you can either try my number again or use my yahoo email.
Thanks Sharon

Re: Long term rental required
Hi Sharon and Eric,
I have a two bedroom second floor appartment on Yasmin complex, fully furnished with air con in all the rooms. On the complex at the moment there are two middle age couples living permanately out there, so there would be company for you. The complex is eight minutes from the beach and two minutes from the supermarket (Gima).
Regards
Nigel
