The house next door to me is up for rent at Paradise beach Kusadasi. It belongs to an Irish friend of mine.
İt has lounge/Diner/Kitchen, 3 beds + two smaller box/childs rooms at the top. Roof terrace and garden. on the Dolmus route to Kuş.
It has no furniture, (or rather it has, but some of it not that great, you decide). It needs a bit of cleaning after being inhabited by Turkish mkt. traders, but it's seriously not that bad.
It takes less than 10 mins walk to beach.

There is one draw back and that is you would have to live next door to us.

The bonus side is it's potentially a 5 bed gaff for 350ytl per month (whats that about 140 quid)? which includes maintenace fee. You pay water & elec.

You wouldnt get a toilet shack on an allotment in the UK for that.
The intriguing question to me is :-
Is it worth even bothering to rent a place out per week for the price of a good evening out?
Its an absolute bargain No-Nem but, if typical,I can understand why many dont bother to rent their properties out

Yes he owns around 5, and told me he made a mistake as he bought em for investment thinking he was onto a winner to sell on again. (now he is happy to get anything he can off em to cover costs etc.
