hey mushroom, just spoke to you on another thread about teachers (hope we weren't too harsh!). Interesting ... my friend bought with Odek in Gulluk (we know Odek from years ago, our visits to Odek appts in Ovacik). wonder if you are on the same development ...sorry I have forgotten the name of hers. good luck with your renting. The pics we saw of her place look idyllic.

Hi Nige & Lynn,

I have just responded in the other thread - not intending to cause upset just putting forward my opinion and with perhaps my tongue just a little bit in my cheek!
Regards Odek. The villa is at Olive Tree villas, next to Olive Tree apartments (naturally) and the other apatrtment will be at Sunset apartments about half a mile away.
I will know how good Odek have been when I get the surveyors report anytime now, but the one thing they do seem to do is meet their completion dates even when you have had to wait about 18 months or more.
They currently have about 2 or 3 remaining projects to complete around Gulluk, so we will be getting a decent but not excessive Brit ownership in the area. Always handy to know.

Your friends place is about 100M from us and I am visiting in early April. If she wants any up to date photos of the complex and area at that time, just let me know.
There again late May if she wants any more.
I know it is good to see how things are coming on.
I would also remind her that our villa makes an excellent base when she comes over for the snagging, hint,hint !
