I am coming over to Turkey in the next 3 weeks and am looking for a very clean and quiet either ground floor flat or house. It can be anywhere on the south coast either near the sea or in the hills but it must be modern and clean.

I am bringing my well behaved dog who is never allowed to sit on the furniture and it must be safe and secure as i will be by myself most of the time.

I am willing to pay 3 months in advance and expect to stay 6/9 months if not longer as when i finally do get to Turkey i will be house hunting and then have to wait until everything goes through.

I am looking for something cheap as dont want to dig into my "house fund".
