Angry Why Amazon??

I don't know about you but Amazon never tells me the Turkish delivery company they're going to use when my packages enter Turkey. The tracker claims it's been 3 days since it's been "out for delivery". So, I'd usually go to the delivery building itself to ask someone there, but I can't. Because Amazon doesn't say which Turkish delivery company they use!!

Re: Why Amazon??

It has always been Yurtici Kargo with my Amazon deliveries. But I do agree, the trail does go cold after it gets into Turkey because the Amazon i-parcel number does not work on the Kargo web site; when I get the message from Amazon saying out for delivery (which seems to mean they have handed it over to the kargo company), I have to add three days for it to arrive.

My stuff usually comes via the PTT. However when I have stuff sent track and trace, it seems to just sit in Istanbul, even after I have received it!

I went to Yurtici Kargo today and they took 1 look at the paper and said they didn't have it! (Without even bothering to take a good look on their PC)? I can confirm that it's Yurtici Kargo seen as I checked the tracker number, claiming that UPS handed it off to Yurtici Kargo when the package entered Turkey. It's been 3 days, the same waiting period you usually take, and I haven't got my package. Does this mean it's been returned? How long does Yurtici Kargo keep peoples' packages before returning?

Oh, now that's really strange. I checked the tracker again for my package and it seems the progress bar went from being very close to the end, to the middle. Out of the blue! and the i-parcel tracker claims it went from my town, back to Yurtici Kargo, back to Istanbul, back to Adana, and scheduled for delivery to my town!? What the hell is with this tracker?

I will not have been returned. It will not show up on their system using the number you have, which is an i-Parcel number. If it has been three days I would expect you to get it by the weekend. What is the Amazon delivery date?

We posted together so missed your list.
Contact Amazon by email. Tell them it seems to be going backwards. I have found them to be very helpful. Ask them for the Yurtici reference number. Ask them to intervene.

I can not read your printed list - bit small - but does it say anything about Customs clearance? That is the only circumstance where I have had thing turned round and sent back so quickly. What is in the package (not detail, just type of contents)?

My package should only contain 1 piece of technology, which is a 1 male to 2 female adapter. It is so I can use my headset microphone as my laptop only has 1 jack. I will contact Amazon with live chat straight away.

I contacted Amazon and the representative said he'd tell the delivery company to deliver it tomorrow, I'll update you if anything new comes up. Thank you
