Hi Jean, i think most peoples advice would be to rent somewhwere first cos holidaying and living permanently are two different things, good luck in whatever you decide,

Jeannie ps welcome to the forum

Re: new to site

hi Liverpool Lou - we're new too (and from Wirral!!!) we also are going out to buy in august but are in a dither now because of the TAPU business - on the one hand we don't want to rush into anything and regret it, but on the other this is a good time to buy whilst prices are being held back by recession- plus if I don't spend the money on an apartment I fear i'll waste so much of it i won't be able to afford an apartment!

Welcome to the forum :-)

Dont worry about the sun, plenty of it to go around and by the time August comes I think some of us may well be fed up with it!!

There's no pleasing some of us on here with the weather, is there? We moan about too much sun and in the winter complain 'cos it's too cold!!!!!!!! (Some of us are even decamping next winter to avoid the cold, but won't mention any names!!)

Anyway, back to topic
