Hi new member from altinkum. Although I am now retired from the prison service I work partime for newcastle united on match day security, including players security. I have a wife maureen but everyone calls her mo one son and two daughters , and the eldest lives in my house in altinkum from may to november with her turkish partner and our grandson aged 10 months.
My triplex is in hunter valley, but I did have a penthouse duplex behind Bellona, sold it in august and bought the triplex.
When back in england I play golf, dominoes and drink guiness I also walk my 2 labradors a lot. I am a geordie and toon daft, and thats about it.

Hiya Big E and Mo, welcome to the forum. Another couple from Altinkum[:0]. Well Big E you certainly are keeping yourself busy considering you are retired

How long did it take you to sell your first property and did you make a profit on it? I know that sounds very nosey (I am) but we keep hearing that the property has gone up by X amount but has it really when you come to sell it?

I also have a son and two daughters, aren't they just a dream[] As soon as all of ours flee the nest we are off to Turkey (Bodrum) for good, one down two to go lol

Hi Gail thanks for such a quick reply. Took about a year to sell, and yes we made a modest profit, but its hard to assess as we bought new and sold furnished which seems to help to sell. I will take a mug shot and put it on the site if I can as I am not very technical.

maybe we will have to get another meet for drinks if a few going out around that time in may , I will be there for a week maybe two and Duke will alreaday be there

Hiya Big E, I think we met in the Summer Garden last June the night before you went back is Michelle your daughter?? I retired from Prison service in November our place is also in Hunter Valley too . Hello big e -we are geordies too, where are you from? Isn't Shearer a god? Is Hunters valley the houses all behind the police station? We are there too, although not using our apartment yet as we use another one we have near the Tropicano hotel, we are out on 5th May - can't wait.
