Are they Turkish? If not, almost impossible to get a work permit unless they can do a job a Turk can't do and I would guess there are more chefs than hairdressers in Marmaris (and that's A LOT!!) What is 'ndt'?

Re: help we want to move to turkey!!!

I would imagine there are many Turkish Restaurant owners who would take you on as 'sleeping' business partners, you just have to cross their palms with Liras.

Re: help we want to move to turkey!!!

Cannot imagine there is much call for Non Destructive Testing in Marmaris but as has been said it is extremely difficult to get a work permit . Beware of any potential Employer who offers work without getting you a work permit first . If you do and are found to have been working without one you will be deported immediately.

Re: help we want to move to turkey!!!

Be very careful, as Lesley ( sunnyseasider) suggests, some Turks will become your new best friends if they know they can get some cash out of you, we know of some people here that were friends for many years with some Turks and they opened a restaurant between them, and less than 12 month down the line they have walked away from the business and lost a heck of a lot of money. Sue xx

PS not all Turks are them same, like not all Brits fall out of a pub roaring drunk and throw up in a street. Just don't leave your brains on the plane. Xx

These questions have been answered before in TLF posts - try a search.
But non destructive testing in Marmaris?

If you have to depend on employment income to maintain yourself then maybe Turkey isnít the place for you.
