Welcome to the forum, as a property owner in Altinkum, I hope you can help people with information and advice on buying there.

Can you tell use a bit about your purchase experience, why did you decide to buy there, who did you buy through, would you recommend the agent to anyone else?

Hi Mushtaq we have bought 2 properties in Altinkum both on the Oasis Village.The first one was through Clair at Turkish homes i would reccomend her 100%.The second one we bought direct through Oracle travel (Who built the Oasis Village) Again excellent service and also after service fab.They do airport transfers,trips,money exchange etc..The buying process is very easy in Turkey.Once you have decided what property you want you pay a 10% deposit,you pay the rest of the money when you get the deeds,or when you get a contract because the deeds are taking a long time to come back.Oracle have been in buisness for 16 years and is a family run buisness,Izzett who is the eldest brother lives in England for 6 months of the year and Turkey the other.They are very easy to get hold of if you have any problems.All our money was paid in England also into an English bank account.Oracle are currently building the golden park complex.That is my opinion about buying any other help i can give just give me a shout....

Clair sold Turkish Homes. We bought though them in 2005. The new owners lost our file and every time we have gone back it has seemed in chaos.
