Marinade is always from scratch. And chicken is left to marinade overnight, preferably more than 12 hours.

I make a decent BBQ. Folks who've had it, never complained unless the spices kicked things in over-gear, if you know what I mean.

But always, gas grilling, if I can avoid coals. They just make a huge mess to clean up after, in my humble opinion.

I'm sure your charcoaling is exceptional & yes, I agree, it always beats gas grilling for flavor.

I need to get my BBQ sorted...and who knows maybe you can drop by one day to try, if you are ever in the Istanbul area. :-)
