Does anyone know any info about the tax payable if you rent a villa out?
I understand its 25% of your income. You are not allowed to take into account your expenses? Is this correct? Any info would be appreciated, thanks.

It says in Zaman article that you can claim back expenses and its doesnt mention the 25% limit. I wonder if he is talking about the new tax year and the 25% limit is just for previous years?

Sorry, I don't know more than what you read except that the taxes are due in Turkey, not in the UK because the income is earned in Turkey. Then after paying the taxes in Turkey, you can claim a deduction on your UK taxes. Know this from a Brit who had this problem, paid the wrong country (UK), incurred fine on overdue Turkish taxes.
