We recently purchased an apartment in Kalkan which we hope to rent out and are looking for someone to manage the rental.Ideally we would like to find someone that would manage the apartment (laundry,cleaning,point of contact etc) on an 'occupied' only basis i,e we wouldn't want to be paying for management in the winter season when we are unlikely to rent it out.Is this type of management possible or do all management companies work on 'yearly' contracts only? thanks in advance.

Plenty to choose from but I haven't used any myself. You could try Christine at Yuksel Collections (opposite new bus station), Bridget at Black Lion or Karen at Express (Kalamar Road). All can do the service you require. Maybe some members have personal experience and can recommend.

They can be found at blacklion Estate agent in Kalkan ask to see Hamza

PS. I have no connection with this company I have just been using them to maintain my villa for the last 3 seasons.
