Thanks very much for the info.We have been in touch with our agent who is purchasing everything we think we will need.I hate to get somebody else to spend our hard earned cash when it's my favourite hobby anyway.Would of loved to do it myself but cant get out there in time before we try to rent out.Thanks everyone.
