Hi to every one again my wife is coming out soon to furnish our property does anyone know if they sell electric hobs that sit on the work surface so we dont have to have any holes cut, and also can put it away after use.

Most are a mixture of gas with electric burners. For examples (and you can get cheaper) I have given a link to the Arcelik site. These sit on the work surface, and if you wanted to you could put them away, although most people would leave them in place.
They also do a range of just electric hobs, which are smaller and portable, and I have given another link to that site.
