Moving to Koycegiz

In the next few weeks I will be moving to Koycegiz. What I need to know is after I have registered my new address at the Nufus office do I need to submit a new RP application form for change of address with DGMM in Mugla or can I just take the required paperwork to the office?

Any help will be appreciated.

Re: Moving to Koycegiz

When I moved last year, I registered with the Nufus and got a printout, then called the GOC office in Mugla who insisted I had to go there. No appointment necessary, just a walk in, can't remember the ladies name but it was at the end of the corridor to the right of the main entrance. So, a 5 hour round journey for a 5 minute update on the GOC computer!

Re: Moving to Koycegiz

Thanks for the info YD. One other thing, does the rental contract have to be notarised?

Re: Moving to Koycegiz

We have just moved to Dalyan and had to do the same thing. We registered at the Nufus Office and was told there and by 157 helpline we could go to Fethiye. Wasted journey, had to go to Mugla. Did this yesterday, but of a hassle finding Office but know now where it is. No appointment needed, go in and turn right on ground floor, devrem Office I think. The woman was lovely but go armed with a photocopy of passport and both sides of R.P. That is all you need, did not need rental agreement. There is a form to fill in, I do have a copy could let you have beforehand to print out and save you a bit time.
