hi does anyone live on this kumkent site as i have looked at a prperty to buy there wonderred what it was like also gorkem site any one know if they are nice areas or not .cheers maggie x

thanks jeff believe i have been in contact with akbuk estate whilst doing my prperty on line searches it sounds really nice on that estate

Yes, it is great, not as many facilities as some, but great views overlooking Sapli Ada Island, which you can access via a causeway, like St Michael's Mount in Cornwall if you know that. Also really good Mini market at foot of estate and it's Altinkum side of Akbuk which is handy. Contact me if you want to see my photos of villa and area.
