as far as i know there was no meeting

have to edit this a bit..as there was a get together with one director/shareholder...another was excluded with a flimsy and petty excuse..which i believe will prove to be illegal

well, after a good start when Phil turned up last Monday, as he promised, he has once again let us down !! He should have arrived today to address one more of the problem villas and finish the one he started last Monday but did not show.
When I called him a short while ago he said he is unable to make it today (nice of him to let us know !!) but told me he had e-mailed the customer, today, to tell her he would not be coming today.
He is supposed to be coming next Monday to sort my own house out and when I asked if he will still be coming he told me he doesn`t know yet but will let me know - I wont hold my breath !!
When questioned about the money he owes me he said we will sort it out but no idea when !!

So Phil lets us down again what a surprise. But do you know how many people have written to me not knowing where he is or what his new number is, and these are people he is supposed to be in business with.

I run a small business myself and ,lets face it, if you give customer satisfaction and owe nobody anything for shoddy work, why should people gang up on you?
With someone like Moodyblues you make sure you are bloody there,sort it or moneyback by return,surely?
I have never had the need to "have it in" for somebody and if you have problems,you sort them urgently with the victims like Heidi and others without threats.

Why would people gang up on a businessman if he was successful ,honest,reliable and fair and did a good job.
I mix with many other small businesses here in the UK and there is no threatening behaviour aimed at contacts or customers and this thread is a real eye opener!!
Quite depressing though.
