Re: Looking for a long term rental
Hi Lee
In Kusadasi £200 (approx 500ytl) is the normal starting rate for longterm rental. However there may be cheaper rents but the area might not be near town or the property may not be in great condition. For 500ytl it's a slim chance that you'll get air-con or internet.

Re: Looking for a long term rental
Our villa in Gulluk will be otherwise empty from the end of October to April unless we pick up a couple of stray bookings through winter.
I was recently approached and asked if we would take 550YTL per month plus all utlities paid, by a Professional Turkish lady who is known and recommended by a friend.
The offer is still on the table as yet, but she was prepared to pay a bond and in advance each month, for a 6 month rental over that period.
Perhaps as a comparison, if you check out our place, you may come to some idea of what is available and at what price and obviously in which areas.
Please PM,if you are interested.

Good luck
