Have a happy enjoyable birthday Alison.Aging has a way in telling you,that it really doesn't matter,unless your a slab of cheese.The more mature it becomes,the more tasty.

That would have been more appropiate in comparing aging.
But think of it this way.A mature slab of cheese goes well with a bottle of deep red vintage wine.
Ageing:lt taste in cheese is superior,as it ages.

Wisdom:The strength in wisdom,grows as it matures,to give you a body of inner well being,once consumed.
l think that makes sense
