cosmetic surgery in turkey
hi
Thanks to everyone who emailed me sorry I have not replied but just to update you all my surgery in Turkey ended well although I did have medical problems while I was over there. I was not happy at the onset of my recovery but on reflection and 8 weeks further on my results are now what I wanted. Anyone who wishes to know the full details no holds barred can email me as I would not want to bore you all. One vist to the doctor will remain in my mind for the rest of my life as I was in one room next door were 2 young Turkish children one was about 5 and the other about 7 and I could hear them screaming and crying and they then both appeared with their male tackle all bandgaged up and walking bow legged being held up either side by family members. I know this is Muslim culture but I did think this was carried out at a very early age and I feel these 2 boys would have been traumatized by this experience as I was by their screaming. Then to cap it all when I was called in to see the doctor he had left the petra dish on the side with the boys skin and bits on show. I was crying at this point as I felt so upset this was one vist to the doctors I will never forget.

Re: cosmetic surgery in turkey
Hi Ann,
You have left me intreged, what did you have done ? Was it good value for money ? Are you happy with the results ? Would love to hear all about it if you have time as I have often thought about having something done over there, after all my other half is due to have a tooth implant next year at half the price it would be here in the UK.
Thanks
Nickee

Re: cosmetic surgery in turkey
Hi
Just to let anyone know I had a capsolectomey (old implants removed and scar tissue taken away ) new implants. Dermabrasion under the lip. Botox in 3 areas and a graft to fill in the lines from nose to mouth and finally my lower eyes. I wanted a full face lift but the surgeon would not do this as he said that I did not have enough loose facial skin and it would not have improved the lines under the eyes and the crease from nose to mouth. He said come back for a face lift in 10 years time. All this surgery was quoted in England at 15,000 - 18,000 however by having the operations in Turkey I saved between 11,000 - 14,000 including my 3 weeks stay in Kusadasi.

Re: cosmetic surgery in turkey
Don't know about the surgery ,but what do you charge for for consultations. I'm thinking what's your fee for showing my wife how to cut costs no matter what the pain Start perhaps by showing her how to cut up a plastic card and we'll take it from there.

Re: cosmetic surgery in turkey
Well done you and I am so happy soemone wants to talk about it.
I hae two firends who have been to the Jinemed clinic in Istanbul and raved about it. Mid facelift, lipo of chin and upper eye lift, 3000 pounds. State of the art clinic (I know I took them). I am saving to get all my wobbly bits lifted.....that is everything really, for my 50th birthday lol
