butcher selling pork!
can anyone help on behalf of a friend.she has heard there is a butcher in kusadasi who sells pork/bacon/sausages etc and that they deliver to altinkum?????? does anyone know if this is true and if so a contact number for the butcher!thanks

There is a butcher selling pork etc in Kusadasi, up a street on the right near the weekly market. I have no idea about deliveries.

Yes there is a butcher in Kusadisi its called Porkland but I think he only has pork at certain times of the year. I went to his shop last october but they had nothing for sale. They were expecting a delivery of meat before xmas.
They deliver to the restaurants and bars in Altinkum and he told us that he would deliver to residents provided there was a big order. It would be best to get together with a few friends and place a large order. I don't have a phone number or address but the Dolmus drivers know where it is. I will try and get the phone number for you.

Don't know about Kusadasi but there is one in Hısaranou ? Called Porkland.If they have imported Bacon it's just about ok.Sausages forget it.Spare Ribs---Buy them.They also sell English Baked Beans and one or two other items you normally cannot buy in Turkey.He does deliver,even as far as Alanya so I guess they wll deliver to your part of Turkey.Don't have the tele.No. and they are located near the other Chinese Restaurant --not the one on the main drag.

Sorry i have just found out that porkys has moved shop a bit further up from the wed & fri market

) last Friday.You can find his new shop near the Fri/Wed market just down from the Bora Hotel.Pricey but sometimes it,s just worth it for a sausage and brown sauce sandwich.
