Prostitution
Hello,
I see that in the loacal Altinkum press there were 117 people arrested on prostitution charges.
Is prostitution legal in Turkey?
I dont mind it myself but can anyone enlighten me?
Also drug dealers in Didim?

Re: Prostitution
It happens in Alanya too although its not as obvious as it is in the UK for example, it is done much more discreetly, you will get the guys(pimps) approach you and offer you the girls or their wife.
I have been approached by a few whilst sitting outside the night clubs.
Didnt take them up on their offer i must add.

Re: Prostitution
Street prostitution is illegal but there are legal brothels in a walled off compounds usually in nearly every big city.
Prostituion is something almost every country in the world has. Those that were arrested are more then likely to be russians or moldovians.

Re: Prostitution
Something tells me that Incognito is someone just playing on here, reminds me very much of posts made by another forum member, someone who also doesn't like the sound of Altinkum Maybe I'm wrong but I think not!

Re: Prostitution
prostitution obviously does occur here in altinkum as in many other areas but it is run different from britain so perhaps british folk dont become aware of it so easily. As far as drugs are concerned i think its the same, sad but true , if people want to get their hands on drugs then its easy done anyplace.

Why are you sitting outside night clubs?? Looking for Real Estate business? A bit of a dodgy statement to make on a forum.
