Kitchen

Hello, Please can anyone give me advice about getting a new kitchen fitted, and best place to buy and prices. Thanks so much.

There are specialist companies who come out and will plan it with you, manufacture and fit. Kelebek (butterfly) is one.

Re: Kitchen

I am not near kusadassi so don't know anyone local, but nr Side we had local person that spoke English arrange our kitchen installation. It was all made to measure by someone locally. They came out to our villa & asked us what we wanted & went away & made it. I was rather worried about what I was going to get, but as I just choose plain white gloss units with black granite work surfaces they couldn't do too much wrong.

A neighbour of mine has just had IKEA fit a new kitchen.

I don't know if anyone else has done this, but we had our kitchen fully tiled before installation & didn't have any backboards put on our cupboards. This was because on our old kitchen they got damp & smelt.

I have just found receipts. We paid 5000 to for kitchen & fitting, plus 500 tl or tiling - July 2016
I have been trying to upload some photos without success!

There are kitchen unit makers and fitters on just about every little industrial site I’ve been on in Turkey. Most will either fit or have a fitter on hand. Be brave, cut the shop out and go direct to the manufacturer.

Re: Kitchen

Koctas also do kitchens. Ikea kitchens are so easy to fit yourself. Just rails and cabinets. Drill, screwdriver and level only required. Wouldn't attempt tiling though or cutting worktop for sink.

Good luck in your search

If you take measurements length & width of worktop surfaces, there's plenty of granite/marble places along the roads. They will cut/fit to suit, when picking gear like that, throw a bit of water on first to get the true colour.

Re: Kitchen

If you do not want marble/granite you can get normal laminate worktop now
