Bought a villa near Kusadasi recently. Estate agent has cut off our elec. and water. Can someone tell us how to reconnect. i have a tapu but no living permit!

I think you need to post a bit more detail in a more appropriate part of the forum, like here

Your estate agent can't cut off your water and electricity, only the relevant authorities can do that. Did you agent ask for it to be cut off?

Is your property a resale or a new build?

Post more details and I'm sure someone can help.

hello. estatte agenty cant cut off your electiric and water contection. and u said i have tapu.wirte your name on title deed? if your name writing on title deed then u can take ur elec. and water very easy. neednt permit for it. just your tapu copy your passport copy adress and little deposit for elec and water center.i am living altinkum please let me know your problem is oki or not cos this week i will come kusadasi.i can help u about it. thanks.

how are they cut off? have they just turned them off for safety?

try turning on the electric at the meter outside the house and similarly by turning the valve on the authority side of the water meter
