Paul: If it is true how can they endure such long hours?

I told person our military start at 8 a.m. and finish at 5 p.m. usually unless on special rota duty. He asked me was I serious and wished he were in our military.

Think of the hours that the bar/restaurant staff work over here! Being in the army is easy by comparison. LOL

Besides, it doesn't matter how many hours they are on duty for in the Turkish Army......They've nowhere to go when off duty and they only get paid about 10 YTL a week.

exactly dolmus drivers start at 6am and finish at around 2.am so thay survive on less than 4 hours cleep which would be against the law in this country as driver hours are strictly monitored
