Education in Turkey

I would be interested in hearing from anyone who has taken children to live in Turkey from either from the UK or elsewhere, & how they have coped with schools. I have only just began to look into this & know that there was a reform in the education system in 1997, but that's about as far as I've got. Needless to say, I am planning to move over with my wife & at least 3 of my 4 kids in a few years time, the oldest will be in his early 20's by then & may or may not wish to come, although I would like him to. Any advice or useful websites would be appreciated.

From what I have read from people moving to the Fethiye area the schools are good and the private schools fees are nothing compared to the UK. I believe the children start with intensive schooling in the Turkish Language and join normal classes (no personal experience though).

What I have asked before but never get a reply to is - how do these children stand from a work point of view, can they work in Turkey when they leave school?
