Extradition
Having read Kadin,s report on North Cyprus which was very informative, got me thinking that whilst I knew we do not have an extradition treaty with Northern Cyprus, but is there one for Turkey with the U.K[?]

The extradition treaty of 1989, amended in 2003 in a unilateral extradition with Turkey and not bi-laterial.
I.E if Turkey wants us to extradite someone to Turkey to face charges then we have to send them, after agreement thru Parliament.
If the UK want Turkey to send us someone to face charges in the UK then they don't have to.
