Hello What would you have to do to get a Bar set up and running in Altinkum, how much money are you likelyt to have to put into this and what would we get out of it? Could we get conned etc? Also is there any websites where you can view other places for sale apart from Homes like Hotels or something Look Forward 2 the replies!

Could write a book on this one, first off and probably the most important would be the commitment to move to Turkey otherwise you will never retain any control or management.

Like any business you could get conned. As to how much capital is required, it really depends on the area and size of the business, and whether you wanted a freehold or leasehold site.

Steer well clear of any websites offering businesses and do your own homework on your preferred location.
