So many stories I have heard about parcels being delayed or going missing when sent from Europe to Turkey.

Friends of mine have recently acquired a PO Box Number at Kusadasi Telekom and they are more than happy with the performance.

No more parcels going astray and they collect whenever its convenient.

Cost I think around 15YTL for a year. Sounds a bargain and the postal address is very simple for your friends in the UK.

It seems to depend on where you live in Turkey as to whether you receive your mail or not...

I think this is meant for people receiving post in turkey from anyone in the uk, post takes forever to reach a person in turkey, so I guess his suggestion is worth thinking about

That's right...exactly wot I meant Speedy Paul...so it's a very good idea to have a PO box..this was posted a while ago I think..anyway, now you are there, did you see my post to you on Transfers ?..Alan.

Post: I mentioned this about post not arriving in Turkey-Altinkum. My Turkish friend who lives outside Istanbul can't understand it, as he used to write to someone in Italy and always they received each others mail.
