The business is set up in a way that it is able to trade and operate as almost any business from Emlak (estate agent) to restaurant/ fast food outlet this provides the owners with the possibility to diversify and trade in all sectors they might be interested in.

Sale Items:

Will include the business as a going concern, all stock, fixtures and fittings, and a premises leased direct from the Belediye ( this is important for the following reasons, obtaining a lease direct is nearly impossible, most premises are leased from private individuals and cost upwards of 15,000 ytl per year however the actual lease to the Belediye cost in the region of 4,000 ytl per year the premises themselves would generate an income of over 1000ytl per month if leased to others.)
