Are these available in Turkey?
They seem easy to get in USA and Africa, but have not seen them here.
I could build my own, but if there is one cheap enough I would go for that.

For those that don't know, it is basically a small insulated box with a glass top. You put the cooking pot inside and the heat of the sun raise the temp to 200 - 400F depending on season. It works like a slow-cooker, but requires no power. An enhancement is a reflective cowl that fits above the glass to focus more light/heat into the box.

Commercial versions in USA are under $100.

Güneş fırını is what you would google to look for them in Turkey...i seem to remember reading about them a couple of years ago when they were trying them out in the Adana area.
