Hi,
I'm wanting a bit of advice, we have duplex in a private apartment block in Altinkum, we have just started to rent it out, and are looking for a reputable company to deal with the management of it, we are wanting someone who will do the complete package.
Does anyone have any ideas or useful information we are new to this and have heard about people being riped off. At the moment the estate agent we bought it from do the cleaning and security checks when asked.
Thanks for any help, we are planing to come out at the end of June
