Hi everyone

I am new to this forum, but it seems like a good place to get some good sound advice.

I have just recently purchased a duplex in Altinkum and was thinking of renting it out but our agent has quoted us £75 per clean. Does anyone know of any other reputable companies who offer a full cleaning package but at a much lower cost.

Wow £75 is sky high.There is a company called welcome home in Altinkum who do cleans for around £25 there website is www.didmwhpm.com. They did my winter checks on my villa they are very good and trustworthy.

We were offered to clean our for £20 by our Estate Agent but that might be because we bought from them. £75 sounds a lot [:0]

wow 75 that is high,it is costing us ten pounds for a cleaner when we leave our apartment,we are on a complex and the management company arrange it,but ten pounds i think is very good

At £75 you might get offers from some of the forum members.
No way £75 that must be about a weeks wages for them.

Hi Clair and welcome to the forum. £75 is way too high, we pay £20 for ours but we're not in Altinkum even so £75 is tearing the backside

Jakcie b paid £20 for hers to be cleaned the other day for a 4 beds and all the windows etc,. So, £75 is a little steep, me thinks.
