Quick question...
Do I need to bring my Tapu with me when we come to Turkey? I need to renew my insurance so not sure if I need it? Would a photocopy suffice for the times when I need to produce my Tapu?

Not keen on the idea of bringing the Tapu with us when we go out every time...would rather keep it in my safe place at home!

oh and..worst case scenario and it is lost, is it easy to get a replacement? Can you even get a replacement???!

A copy will be fine for what you want. Yes you can get a copy from the Deeds office.
