renting advice
i have recently bought a duplex appartment in golden park. could anyone give me some info on renting procedures. i know aquavista and oracle advertise renting property,and wondered of any other good agents that i may concider.

Rimms (member) has written some interesting information on renting.... use the "forum search" facility. Its in the toolbar at the top of the page. Type in "renting"

my wife and I have also just bought a duplex on Golden Park Phase 2)

Be great to hear how you get on with renting out the apartment which we arent going to do this year

i will let you know how i get on renting.
i may also wait to rent. will see how it goes. i am in h block parkside. will be out there in august for a week.. went out in may to furnish. hope to see you out there..........

its so nice i have my doubts about renting it.
i am on parkside and when it is all landscaped it should look great.

Hi Davido, we have two places on Golden Park , we advertise locally and on holiday lets . net- my advise is if you dont need to let it, dont! The places are very nice - we have a one bed to rent which pays for the upkeep of the two bed so it works well- Oracle will rent it for your and clean & change laundry when required for 25% of rent- I personally wouldnt want anybody in my 2 bed place cos its very personal to us
