Post Renting Tips .....
Hi all hope you are well. I have recently started the ball rolling on purchasing a 2 bed apartment in Ovacik. This will be a new build, ready for occupation in Jul 06. My partner & I are looking to rent our 2 bedroom apartment, hopefully next year. I would be very grateful on any advice & asssitance in this matter.

Eg. Would rental companies place people in the apartment or just soley provide advertising space.

Would companies offer management services which includeds cleaning, laundry services (company to supply linen) but not pool thou.

Would members recommend any reliable companies...
